Who We Work With
Most of our work is for rental-villa owners and the property managers who look after them, alongside long-stay residents and expats who simply want jobs done properly. Our Approach
Three things define how we work. First, honest scope: some jobs reveal more once they're opened up, and we tell you what we found and ask before expanding — an honest "this needs more than I can do today" is worth more than a rushed fix that fails in three weeks. Second, the right materials for Bali: anti-mould paint, stainless and brass hardware, UV-stable sealants and the correct primer for each surface, because the cheap option fails twice as fast in this climate and costs more in the end. Third, clear communication: every job is quoted over WhatsApp before we start, with no call-out fees and no surprises, and we provide photo documentation for any significant work.
How We Work
All jobs are quoted via WhatsApp before starting. We carry common materials and hardware on the van, so most standard jobs are completed on the first visit. We provide photo documentation for significant work, and for owners managing villas remotely we offer scheduled maintenance with written condition reports. When a job genuinely needs a licensed specialist — major electrical or structural work — we say so and refer you to a trusted partner rather than improvising.
